Base Refining Commercial Lead-North China华北区基础精炼油商务经理 Working location:黄骅或天津 Responsibility： －Maintain a winning strategy for regional oil sales and marketing to maximize the competitive advantages that is in line with ROA‘s short and long terms development plan. －Fulfill the SBO sales targets and maximize the profitability for margin contributions by working closely with GOSC/ROA shanghai risk management team to establish monthly sales plan, organize and collaborate all regional internal recourses to implement the plan. Responsible for all the regional oil sales cak risk management and PNL result. Create the regional mid-term and long term sales and marketing strategy and supervise implement .Regional owner for Cargill North China sbo S&D －Establish and maintain a solid and complete work process to inspire the sales and related supporting teams, and review the result. Train and lead the sales forces to meet the business requirement as well as for skill and career development in line with KRA/PMP as well as compensation plans so that a high performance sales team is engaged. －Take active roles in collaborating with production, logistics and accounting to ensure the customer focus for a high customers engagement and satisfaction. Consolidate the customer base and provide customer solutions including promoting innovative services and processes internally and externally. Admin and supervise the sales force to maintain and update the market and customers files and data related to SBO. As the major contacter who is in charge of ROA related new project development in region －Take lead and establish/coach the commercial team with a high performance Requirements： －MBA or Bachelor Degree majoring in business management or sales and marketing. －Minimum of 5 years in the crushing, grain and oilseeds, industry doing sales and marketing with sales network organization and administration. －Minimum of 5 years working experience with a global company to adopt systematic management approaches and to perform with high efficiency. －Solid Experience and skills in leading and development of a significant sales team. －Successful real business stories and significant contributions history. Real experience in related business development and project studies. －Demonstrated excellent organize and leadership skill. Experience in leading and managing sales team in a continuously operating production environment －Job requires excellent analytical and decision making skills and experience in sales and marketing.
